Shipping policy
Shipping
Plutee currently ships within New Zealand only.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days
Rural Delivery: 3–7 business days
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 NZD.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Delivery Delays
Plutee is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or events outside of our control (such as weather disruptions, public holidays, or service interruptions).
Incorrect Address
Please ensure all delivery details are correct at checkout. Plutee is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information. If you need assistance, contact us at hello@plutee.co.nz and we will do our best to help.
